Creating Persons

How to create a person

Persons, distinct from users, are customizable data entries associated with items. They represent individuals assigned to specific items or locations. On the other hand, users pertain to the credentials required to access the company's database.

1. Navigate to Persons -> Persons.
   
   
2. Click Add Person.
   
   
3. Enter the details of the Person:
   1. Given Name
   2. Surname
   3. Email
   4. Tag Number - The Person's ID Number
   5. Timezone
   6. Person Template - A template for the person's data (previously supplied)
4. Click Create to create the new person.
