Calibrating The Printer
After loading a new RFID label roll or changing label dimensions, the printer must be calibrated so it can correctly detect label gaps and I-Marks. Calibration ensures accurate tag positioning and prevents misaligned or incomplete prints
-
Tear off three RFID labels from the end of the roll to expose the backing liner.
-
Feed the blank liner (where the labels were removed) under the print head.
-
On the printer, navigate to Settings -> Printing -> Advanced.
- Select Calibrate.
- Choose Auto-Calibration.
- Select Gap + I-Mark.
- Allow the printer to complete the calibration process.
Once calibration is complete, the printer is ready to resume normal printing with the newly loaded RFID label roll.
