SKU Printing involves a straightforward process to generate tags for a specific product. This method of printing allows the user to easily print multiple tags for one product. Here’s how it works:
- Syncing: SKUs (Stock Keeping Units) are automatically synced from Ramp Web to the Ramp Print App.
- Navigate to Print SKU Tags: Navigate to and click on the Print SKU Tags menu button.
3. Search for the SKU: Begin by searching for and selecting the SKU you want to print.
4. Select the Template: Choose the appropriate tag template for the SKU.
5. Verify Print Properties: Ensure that all tag template properties are used correctly.
6. Enter Quantity: Specify the number of tags you need to print.
7. Print: Click Print and ensure that the tag EPC matches SKU and barcodes
Scan a few tags with a handheld scanner and barcode scanner to ensure that the Tag's EPC, Barcode and SKU match, otherwise all the tags printed might not be programmed or printed properly.
This method allows you to produce as many tags as necessary for a single product. However, keep in mind that once the tags are printed, they are not automatically entered into the database. This step must be completed manually using a handheld scanner after printing.
