Lightspeed Transfers Sync

Ramp retrieves stock transfers from Lightspeed and recreates them as transfer orders. Changes are detected at each sync interval.

Lightspeed refers to stock transfers as a type of consignment called "OUTLET".

When a Stock Transfer is created in Lightspeed, it is created as a draft first and the status is Open.
The transfer is synced into Locafi as a transfer order.
At the source outlet, the transfer is packed up and scanned using the RFID handheld to validate that the correct quantities are being dispatched.
The dispatch of the transfer is completed on the RFID handheld.
When the stock has been delivered, the transfer is received by scanning the stock using the RFID handheld.
The transfer is completed using the RFID handheld.
Once the Transfer is fully received on the RFID handheld, the received quantities reflect what was received, inventory counts are updated, and the Stock Transfer in Lightspeed is marked as Received.

This table shows how each order state in Locafi maps to the resulting status of the Stock Transfer in Lightspeed.

Open	Open	The order has just been created; no work has started yet
Allocating	Open	Stock is being allocated to the order's lines.
Allocated	Open	Stock is allocated and ready to be picked.
Dispatched	Open	The order has left the source Outlet.
Receiving	Sent	The order is being received at the destination Outlet.
Received	Received	The order is fully received and inventory is updated.
Completed	Received	The order is closed out in Locafi. Nothing further is sent to Lightspeed at this point.
