      Performing a SKU Lookup

      How to Check and Lookup a SKU

      The Lookup SKU functionality allows the user to check the details of a given SKU either by scanning the RFID tag or by manually searching the SKU. This function is useful for identifying RFID tags that have no visible printing or indicators of its SKU.

      Selecting a SKU

      1. Open the Ramp Retail App and login.

      2. Tap on the Stock Management tile followed by the Lookup SKU tile.



      3. Type in the SKU Name or SKU number that you wish to look up and click the Search icon. Alternatively, you can scan the RFID tag you wish to look up by tapping the trigger quickly once to scan the RFID tag. Select the SKU from the search results by tapping on the box.



      4. The SKU Properties page will be shown, listing some of the core properties of the SKU such as description, pricing, and Item Codes. Scrolling down reveals any extended properties associated with the SKU such as color, sizing, and brand.
