Available Printer Summary

The Available Printer Summary provides an overview of all added active or inactive printers. Users can see the current status, number of pending jobs, and current mode of each printer. If there are multiple printers, the one currently selected will be highlighted for easy identification.

Main Menu

Within the main menu, users can easily access various printing modes. By clicking on the specific printing tile, users can seamlessly proceed with their printing tasks. In case multiple printing tiles are active, they will be displayed as tabs, allowing users to effortlessly navigate between them.

Print Queue

Users can view all current print jobs for a selected printer in the print queue. They have the ability to start, pause, and monitor these jobs to track their progress and completion. Additionally, users can clear the print queue of both pending and completed jobs.

Navigation Buttons

Additional navigation buttons can be found in the top-right corner of the window. These buttons will guide users to the Template Designer, where they can create and modify printing templates, the System Settings for editing printing and import settings, and the Exit button to exit the application.

Label Dimensions

The dimensions of the label determine the size of the template area, typically based on the label being printed. The X/Y Offset refers to the space between the liner's edge and the label's edge.

Users have the option to open and save their templates for future print jobs. It is important to save these files with the .lfpt extension for compatibility.

Template Tabs

The tools tab in the Template Designer provides users with a range of elements such as text fields, barcode fields, and RFID fields that can be customized individually from the Properties tab. Depending on the selected field, the list of properties will vary.

In addition, the Outline tab allows users to view all elements currently in use on the template. Users can easily select and adjust any overlapped fields for better template organization.

Within properties, the size and position of the field can be adjusted via the properties tab or directly on the template. If the Dynamic Field is enabled, the template will look up and print the chosen property instead of the set field value.
