Exporting and Reporting

Clicking on the Export button in the top right of the screen allows you to export the stocktake in multiple forms:
- CSV - Unique Items will export a csv file containing every unique SKU scanned with all its details in the following columns.
- CSV - Sku SOH will export a csv file containing SKUs with the missing, expected and unexpected quantities for that SKU group.

Reporting
Clicking on the Report button in the top right of the screen allows you to create a report using the stocktake in multiple forms:
- Validation Record(s) will generate a report containing variances as percentages and statuses as failed or passed with quantities scanned and expected for each SKU. This is useful for validating and comparing records quickly.
- Variance - External will generate a report based on the expected count in the scan compared to the scanned count and displaying a variance of these two columns.
- Variance - Previous will generate a report based on the previous count in the location compared to the scanned count and displaying a variance of these two columns.
- Variance - Combined will generate a report based on the previous count in the location compared to the scanned count and displaying a variance of these two columns. It will also display a combined column.
Reports can also be filtered and sorted:
- Clicking the header of a column will sort that column by ascending order. Clicking that column again will sort it by descending order. To remove the sort, click it a third time. The order will be indicated by a small arrow below or beside the header of the column (up arrow for ascending and down arrow for descending).
- Clicking on the boxes in the second row of the table will allow for keyword filtering. Type however many words of title necessary to filter that column.
