How to Fulfill a Shopify Order

This article covers how to create, edit, and use Shopify Orders with Ramp.

Overview

The integration retrieves sales order data from Shopify and maps it to Ramp’s internal outbound order properties.

Order Sync Behaviour

Sales orders are synced from Shopify to Ramp through an automated sync process. For detailed information on order eligibility and sync conditions, refer to Shopify Sales Orders.

Using the Sales Order in Ramp

Sales orders synced from Shopify appear in Ramp under Orders as outbound (sales) orders.

Once an outbound order is created in Ramp, it can be processed using supported fulfilment workflows.

Troubleshooting

  • Sales Order Not Appearing in Ramp

    If a newly created sales order does not appear in Ramp within 15 minutes, verify that the order in Shopify is marked as Ready to Ship.

    If the order meets the required status and still does not appear in Ramp after the expected sync window, contact support@ramp.com.au for further investigation.

  • Changes in Shopify Not Reflected in Ramp

    Once an outbound order has begun processing in Ramp, it is no longer updated from Shopify.

    To apply changes to a new order, create a new order in Shopify and allow it to sync to Ramp.
